We are pleased to announce that our search for a Chef is over. After spending the last few months interviewing potential candidates we are very excited to welcome Chef Matthew DeMille. Matty is an industry veteran with experience at a wide range of Toronto dining establishments. He has a passion for Italian cuisine done right and will bring his own special touch to the Enoteca Sociale menu. He’ll be joining us at the end of this month and is very eager to sink his teeth into his new role.
